Sub: Right to Information and Obligation of Public Authority - Compliance
of Section 4(b) RTI Act, 2005-Web link-regarding.
In terms of the provision contained in Rule 4 (b) of RTI Act,2005 and in compliance with the direction of CIC dt. 31.01.2011, in the appeal filed by Sh. M.K. Gupta before CIC, the requisite information asked for under Right to Information and obligation of Public Authority under Chapter II in r/o NSD, AIR is furnished as under :-

i) The particulars of its organization, functions and duties of NSD:AIR is annexed as per Annexure-I
(ii) The powers, and duties of its officers and employees of NSD:AIR is annexed as per Annexure-II
(iii) The Procedure followed in the decision making process, including channel of supervision and accountability is annexed as per Annexure-III
(iv) The norms set by it for the discharge of its functions is annexed as per Annexure-IV
(v) The rules, regulations, instructions manuals and records, held by it or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its function annexed as per Annexur-V.
(vi) A Statement of the categories of documents that are held by it or under its control.
(vii) The particulars of any agreement that exists for consultation with, or representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof.
(viii) A statement of the boards, councils, committees and other bodies consisting of two or more persons constituted as its part or for the purpose of its advice, and as to whether meeting of those borads, councils, committees and other bodies are open the public, or minutes of such meetings are accessible for public.
(ix) A Directory of officers and employees of NSD:AIR is annexed as per Annexure-VI
(x) The monthly remuneration to staff annexed as per Annexure-VII
(xi) Statement of Budget and expenditure upto Feb,2011 annexed as per Annexure-VIII
(xii) The manner of execution of subsidy programmes, including the amounts allocated and the details of benificiaries of such programmes
(xiii) Particulars of recipients of concessions; permits or authorisations granted by it.
(xiv) Details in respect of the information, available to or held by it, reduced in an electronic form.
(xv) The partiulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public use.
(xvi & xvii) The names, designation and Telephone Numbers of the PIOs is Annexed as per Annexure-ix
