MP Govt makes several provisions in rules to benefit industrial institutions
Tweeted by @ChouhanShivraj
In Madhya Pradesh, several provisions have been made in the rules to benefit industrial institutions in the state.
The objective of the state government is to bring the economy back on track in the coming 1000 days.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the state government is committed to solving the problems of industries and after studying the suggestions received from industrialists, other necessary decisions will also be taken.
The Chief Minister spoke to various representatives of the industrial units including the sanitizer manufacturing units, engineering goods, food packaging, pharmaceutical, railway sleeper manufacturing units, chemical and milk product industries.
Various reliefs have been given to industries in Madhya Pradesh, in which the provision of 300 workers in place of 100 in the Industrial Disputes Act is prominent.
Apart from this, transparent system of inspection, grant of registration permission in 1 day instead of 30 days, provision of 1 form in place of 16, delegation of rights to facilitate shift of industrial units, online registration facility and the Factories Act have been simplified.
Principal Secretary Micro, Small and Medium Industries Manu Shrivastava informed that the number of industrial units with more than 5 lakh capital investments in the state is more than 22,000.
Around 1100 units of the state continued to manufacture essential commodities during the lockdown period.
At present, about 3,500 other units have started, in which more than 40 thousand workers are working.
