West Bengal: Mamata Banerjee calls emergency meeting to review development work

West Bengal Chief Minister  Mamata Banerjee has called an emergency meeting with party legislators to review the development work in the State. The meeting assumes significance following debacles of ruling Trinamool Congress in recently concluded Lok Sabha elections in the State. 


The meeting will be held at the State Secretariat where the Chief Minister is likely to take stock of the progress of developmental activities and any gap which led to party's poor performance in the just ended hustings.
