PM Modi says govt unearthed Rs 90 thousand cr scam by implementing DBT scheme; Attacks Congress saying it is misleading farmers in name of waiving off loans

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said, the Union Government has unearthed decade-long scam of 90000 crore rupees with the implementation of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme. He was addressing a rally in Dharamshala yesterday on completion of one year of Himachal Pradesh government.   


In his address, the Prime Minister said, Centre has increased the allocation of annual budget of Himachal Pradesh to 72 thousand crore rupees from 21 thousand crores. Mr Modi said, Himachal is getting an increased budget of over 50 thousand crore rupees, which is an almost four times increase. 
Attacking the Congress Mr. Modi said that it is misleading the farmers in the name of waiving off their loans as it had misled soldiers in the name of implementing ‘One Rank, One Pension’.
