Addressing an election rally in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Modi said, construction of nine crore toilets in the country, introduction of low cost LED bulbs , construction of smart cities, setting up of a large number of mobile phone manufacturing units are only a few of the achievements of the government.

He said, India's ranking in ease of doing business index has gone up from 144 during the previous Congress rule to 77 now. The Prime Minister said that what the NDA government gave to the country during its four and half years, Congress ruled governments in the past could not give in their 55 years rule.
Earlier, addressing a rally in Chhindwara, Mr. Modi accused the Congress of lying and misleading the people since independence. He also charged the Congress with corruption and said when Rajiv Gandhi was the Prime Minister, he said that if the government released one rupee only 15 paise reached the people.
