PM Modi congratulates winners of Asian games 2018

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today congratulated the winners of Asian games 2018. In a series of tweets, Mr Modi congratulated Divya Kakran for winning a bronze medal in the Freestyle wrestling event, the Indian Sepak Takraw team for winning the Bronze Medal, and Abhishek Verma on winning his first ever medal at the Asian games.

 Earlier on the winning of Gold medal in Men’s Air Pistol event by the 16 year old Saurabh Chaudhary, the Prime Minister said, he illustrates the potential and prowess of country's youth is blessed with.

 He also congratulated Sanjeev Rajput for the Silver Medal in Men’s 50m Rifle event. Mr Modi said people would be happy to know that Sanjeev has been making India proud since the 2006 Asian Games.
