PM Modi to observe day-long fast against Parliament disruption

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will observe a day-long fast on Thursday along with BJP MPs to protest the washout of recently concluded Budget Session of Parliament.

BJP President Amit Shah will sit on fast at Hubli in Karnataka on the same day.

All BJP MPs will go on fast in their Constituencies. The fast will be observed to protest against the Congress for its role leading to impasse in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.

Last Friday, while addressing BJP MPs, the Prime Minister had accused the Opposition, particularly the Congress, of doing divisive politics.
